Hello Coach

Thank you for being here. I’m Pam Griffiths and I’m the Coach’s coach.

I help coaches who struggle to grow their business become competent in sales, attract more clients, increase their income and impact with ease and confidence.

I took the leap from corporate over 10 years ago after completing a rigorous Graduate level leadership coaching program.

I realized it was time…

My values were no longer aligned. I could feel the shift internally ~ I was shrinking. So I took courageous action and took the leap (despite being a single parent with 3 children and a mortgage)!

It felt scary and exhilarating at the same time.

Now I didn't do this willy nilly, without a plan in place that would support my success.

After searching and investing $100K+ over 10 years to build my coaching business as a new coach, I found the tools, training and coaches to help me close the gaps I needed to achieve my goals.

I learned how to get more clients, sell and market myself (on and offline), I learned to trust myself and I learned that selling is about listening deeply without attachment.

Now I help new and seasoned coaches build their coaching business, that's aligned to their strengths, from a few clients to 5 figures, then scale to 6 figures and beyond!
