Coaching Foundations course covers 4 specifically designed learning modules.
In this workshop, you will be receiving
Module 1: Personal Leadership Foundation
Module 1: Personal Leadership Foundation
Increase your awareness of personal barriers and how to overcome obstacles. Develop meaningful goals, understand the importance of values and how they fit into your BIG vision.
Module 2: Coaching as a Leadership Tool
Develop a better understanding of the skills and behaviours required to be a great coach through, a leadership assessment, a proven 5 step methodology, coaching observation, and skills practice grounded in the ICF core competencies.
Module 3: Coaching Practicum
One on one coaching practice with your peers, applying a coach approach in various ways, receive feedback from a graduate coach and debrief with your coaching partners.
Module 4: Your Road Map to Success
Final presentation assignment, reflection and action planning to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence as you work toward your own Personal Mastery.

About the founder
Hello, I’m Pam Griffiths, the Founder of The Coach Approach Leadership Academy™, a best selling author, Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coach Federation.
I am passionate about supporting the coaching profession and helping others step into their true potential. We all have the capability within us to do great things and that's why the world needs more coaches to help us realize our untapped potential. I’ve successfully coached and trained thousands of entrepreneurs, coaches and leaders toward achieving extraordinary results, and live extraordinary lives.
With over twenty years coaching others to develop leadership skills in themselves, I know that it takes a special kind of person and mindset to rise to the top and there is one thing that separates extraordinary leaders from mediocre ones: It’s the dedication to consistently develop self and others, and the commitment to get the training and support to do just that.
I’ve been fortunate to have some amazing mentors that supported my development over the years and understand at a visceral level the value of that support. Now I have the honour of mentoring our certified Coach Approach Leadership Academy™ facilitators who assist with delivering this transformational, ICF accredited curriculum.
